HIV / AIDS prevention program actively cooperates with government agencies and non-governmental organizations to strengthen the counteraction to HIV / AIDS epidemic in Ukraine. Program representatives participated in a number of key partner activities and initiatives, as Germany has extensive experience in combating HIV / AIDS and legislative regulation of the national response to the epidemic. The Team Leader of HIV / AIDS Prevention Program, Dr. Martin Kade had a presentation as an invited speaker at the Subcommittee on Legislative Support of Countering HIV / AIDS, Tuberculosis and Other Socially Dangerous Diseases and for Monitoring the Provision of Drugs and Medical Products Procured for Public Funds. The program also organizes working visits of Ukrainian government delegations to Germany to exchange experience and for training.
