I Speak Out Now! campaign to denounce fraud, abuse and human rights violations

Launched by the Office of the Inspector General of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, the I Speak Out Now! campaign is designed to encourage staff and grant implementers to denounce fraud, abuse and human rights violations in the programs GF finances. The objective is to improve the quality and timeliness of the information that Office receives so that they can intervene earlier to prevent minor irregularities from escalating into major wrongdoing.
