Social initiative "Safe blood" dedicated to the International AIDS Candlelight Memorial

Activists have shown that the blood of HIV + person can be safe and urged the government to provide HIV treatment in Ukraine.

The initiative "Safe Blood" was held by the memorial "Red Ribbon" in Kiev and in many regions of Ukraine and was dedicated to the memory of people who died of AIDS. Activists demonstrated tube of safe blood for HIV-positive people receiving regular treatment (ART). It is scientifically proved that antiretroviral therapy reduces the concentration of virus in the body.
